Just before I came away I had the chance to go and see the excavations at Wylfa and take a few photographs. There is something quite elemental about this process of painstakingly sifting through stuff for colour and shape. Now in Japan I am thinking of developing the archaeology connection here is some way. There is a museum in Hachinohe which looks interesting.
